At SLPrecious, we value trust, clarity, and collector care. Our policy follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies globally, with adjustments for local regulations.

📦 Returns

EU customers: You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked.
Customers outside the EU: We also honor a 14‑day return window, unless local law provides additional rights.
To qualify: • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges may be offered for items of equal or greater value to ensure collector satisfaction.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are excluded under EU law and our global policy:

Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
Custom or personalized pieces (made to order).
High-value collector-grade gemstones (due to rarity, certification, and market sensitivity).
Digital items (e-certificates, downloadable content).

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of acceptance.
Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred during return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
