📦 Returns

To qualify:
•     The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
•     Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
•     Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We review each request with care. In some cases, we may offer an exchange of equal or greater value to ensure collector satisfaction.

🔒 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
To ensure product integrity, hygiene standards, and fair handling of exclusive items, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:
•     Earrings and pierced jewelry: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on items that come into direct contact with the skin.
•     Custom or personalized pieces: These are made to order and cannot be resold.
•     High-value collector-grade gemstones: Due to their rarity, certification, and market sensitivity, these items are final sale unless defective.
•     Digital items: All digital products (e.g., e-certificates, downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered.

💸 Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected:

Please note: If your return incurs customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, these costs will be deducted from any approved refund. SLPrecious is not responsible for charges imposed by your local authorities.
